Luxurious hotel with everything fairly clean throughout and a great and perfect location in nyc- right near central park. Spotless and well laid out room with a great view of the park from the window. Location adjacent to several different subway lines, good dining options and a grocery store on the block, and so many restaurants and attractions. Outstanding food in the restaurants such as Norma's, located 5 min away.

Overall the room is spotless, new-fashioned and includes central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a safe box.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, just a block and a half from Central Park and a short walk to Times Square and Hell's Kitchen. It's also close to great restaurants, the theater district, and attractions like the Central Park Zoo and American Museum of Natural History. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the facilities were impressive. The breakfast was delicious with a wide selection to choose from. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I particularly want to mention the friendly and attentive red-haired lady and the gentlemen at the entrance who helped me find a cab in the rain. Their small gestures made a big difference and made my day better.

One of the staff members went above and beyond to help us when our Uber canceled due to rain. He provided us with an umbrella and hailed us a taxi in the rain, making sure we got to our destination on time. The location of the hotel was excellent, with many great restaurants within walking distance and easy access to several subway stations that allowed us to explore the rest of the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and we were impressed with the modern finish of the rooms. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a wide selection of bread, waffles, and fruit. We also appreciated the free and reliable wifi throughout our stay.

Only slight (and I do mean slight) disappointment was the breakfast on offer was not quite what I would expect from a 4 start hotel. Would suggest it may be better value to go room only and grab breakfast nearby.

slow internet connection, breakfast can be a drawback for many: just a basic fruit & yogurt + some unhealthy options (muffins etc). No late check-out, even for HHonors upper status guests.

The Hotel is new and the fact that it is not too big or crouded gives you the comfort and feeling of being at home rather than a train station. The location is excellent and the service is good.

Rooms are modern, clean, and spacious with comfortable beds. Facilities include coffee/tea machine, refrigerator, and complimentary water, tea, and coffee. Staff is helpful and polite. Excellent location near attractions and subway station.
